I really enjoyed doing this alternative project. While the research paper may have been a pain in the butt, this alternative document really helped solidify me in my major. From going up and learning about teaching from observing my cousin, it really showed me that I definitely want to be an elementary teacher. It was funny just to hear some of the things the kids come up with, and I think I'll really enjoy having lots of those teaching stories when I'm old and gray. I am really glad that this is the route I chose for my alternative project because I just have to say again that observing her class was a lot of fun for me.
